I was introduced to yogic breathing (‘pranayama’) in 1996 and soon after began a posture (‘asana’) practice. In 2017 I took up a regular meditation (‘zazen’) practice and under Zen Master, Daizan Skinner, I became accredited by Zenways to teach Zen Yoga, Yo. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and insured by Balens Ltd.
