Often referred to as 'psychic sleep' or 'deep relaxation with inner awareness', it is used as a meditative technique in stress management and therapy to harmonise the deeper unconscious and awaken inner potential. Suitable for all practitioners, no previous experience is required.
Zazen (or seated meditation) is considered the heart of Japanese Zen Buddhist practice. By suspending all judgemental thinking and letting thoughts pass by without following them, meditation can help still the mind thus reducing anxiety and stress.
